Joe and Traci


Joe Hargrave received training from Rocky Mountain Guide School in Dillon, Montana in 2003 and became a licensed guide in Wyoming in 2004. Since then, he has had the pleasure of guiding clients on horseback hunting trips and scenic wildlife tours in and around the Jackson Hole area from the Bridger Teton Wilderness to the Shoshone National Forest and Washakie Wilderness near Dubois, Wyoming.  His passion for big game hunting is not limited to the Rocky Mountain Region, as he was recently drawn to the high snow covered peaks of New Zealand to stalk Tahr, Chamois, and Red Stag in the Southern Alps. 

Traci, Joe's Wife, is a talented Chef with over eleven years of experience in the culinary industry.  She has catered for film crews and magazine shoots, on backcountry horse packing excursions, for clients at private ranches and for guests at her own restaurant.  Her passion for cooking led to the pursuit of a formal degree in the culinary arts, and in 2015, she completed Le Grand Diplome in Patisserie and Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu International.  Her culinary skills have been honed by her education and influenced by Chefs from around the world.
